Important — PLEASE READ before booking online:

ALL bookings require a credit card in order to secure the appointment due to our cancellation & no show policies outlined below. Please read carefully to avoid any fees. You are responsible for making sure we have correct contact information to receive confirmations and reminders.

Please note:

Book the Color service first then the Haircut. If booking a Color service only please select the desired service with blowdry. Example: Balayage W/ Blowdry.

Late / Cancellation

At Smith & Davis your appointment is very important to us. We are reserving this time just for you!  As a courtesy you will receive a reminder call 48 hours in advance  and an email or text confirmation 72 hours in advance . We ask that if you need to change or cancel the appointment that you do so no later than 24 hours from your appointment time. This allows us to possibly fill your time slot with an appointment from our waiting list. 

A credit card on file is required in order to book appointments with us. If you cancel less than 24 hours from your appointment time you will be charged for 50% of the service you were booked for. If you don't show for your appointment and didn't call or email to cancel  you will be charged for the full price of the services you were booked for. 

We allow a 15 minute grace period from your appointment time. In order to ensure that we give you the best service and the time you deserve you may be asked to reschedule your appointment if you are excessively late and you may subject to applicable fees.

We want you to love your hair when you leave our chair! If you are having any issues within 1 week of your appointment please reach out so we can make any tweaks to make sure you are a happy. We do not offer refunds.

We accept Cash, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, AmEx, Apple Pay, Google Pay. No personal checks.
