"New Guest" is for those who have never been to our salon to receive services
If you are new to the salon we will call you to collect credit card information to hold your appointment.
We are departmentalized, meaning we have Cutters and Colorists. You will be booking a color service with one Stylist and a Cut with another. Book the Color service first then the Haircut.
If you are booking for color only then you need to book with blowdry. Example: Balyage w/ Blowdry.
Late / Cancellation
At Smith & Davis your appointment is very important to us. We are reserving this time just for you, therefore we require a credit card for all bookings. As a courtesy you will receive a reminder call 48 hours in advance to confirm. We ask that if you have questions or need to change or cancel the appointment that you do so no later than 24 hours from your appointment time. This allows us to possibly fill your time slot with an appointment from our waiting list. We understand that sometimes circumstances do not allow you to get in touch with us so you are always able to e-mail the salon or leave a voicemail.
If you cancel less than 24 hours from your appointment time you will be charged for 50% of the service you were booked for. If you no show your appointment you will be charged for the full price of the service you were booked for.
We allow a 15 minute grace period from your appointment time. In order to ensure that we give you the best service and the time you deserve you may be asked to reschedule your appointment if you are excessively late.
We accept Cash, Visa, Mastercard and Discover. Sorry, no personal checks or American Express.
