At Smith & Davis your appointment is very important to us. We are reserving this time just for you! We ask that if you need to change or cancel the appointment that you do so no later than 24 hours from your appointment time. This allows us to possibly fill your time slot with an appointment from our waiting list.
A credit card on file is required in order to book appointments with us. If you cancel less than 24 hours from your appointment time you will be charged for 50% of the service you were booked for. If you don't show for your appointment and didn't call or email to cancel you will be charged 50% and may require a non refundable deposit to reschedule.
We allow a 15 minute grace period from your appointment time. In order to ensure that we give you the best service and the time you deserve you may be asked to reschedule your appointment if you are excessively late and you may subject to applicable fees.
We want you to love your hair when you leave our chair! If you are having any issues within 1 week of your appointment please reach out so we can make any tweaks to make sure you are a happy. We do not offer refunds.
